Our system transforms this issue into an opportunity through a unique social network where users can showcase available empty trips or express the need for an extra journey.
Here, on our centralized dashboard, witness the overall system movement statistics, explore lists of companies seeking suitable trips, or conversely, offering them. Enjoy the flexibility to choose between options and seamlessly communicate, exchange necessary documents, all within a streamlined interface. Schedule management
In the development of Trucknet, our team conducted numerous user tests and encountered a significant challenge faced by many companies – the inability to seamlessly transmit empty trips into our system. Even when integration was possible, data often proved to be unreliable, with partial loss or unpleasant formatting issues.
This led us to the concept of crafting our own managerial interface, effortlessly integrated throughout the entire system. This bespoke management section empowers managers to intuitively oversee trips, contracts, schedules, and seamlessly manage various events. From vehicle inspections to driver vacations and unexpected delays on the road, our interface ensures a smooth and intuitive experience, making every managerial task a breeze. Add a new ride process
The process of adding a new trip is a critically important juncture where any error can prove costly for all involved parties. That's why we've devoted special attention to researching and refining this procedure.
A manager can effortlessly create a trip from point A to point B, setting the return journey of the vehicle into the system for negotiation—or opt for a fully circular trip.
All details filled out in the form (or modified for any reason) are not only sent to the scheduling board but also seamlessly transmitted to the driver's application. See below for further details.
MVP and schedule
In the initial iteration of the scheduling system, it necessitated the manual input of client names and addresses for individual trips. This process also involved specifying the cargo type and selecting a particular vehicle from the company's fleet.
Subsequent system updates addressed the redundancy inherent in inputting extensive customer details. Also, we introduced a mechanism that automates the assignment of available vehicles, thereby optimizing the process and bolstering operational efficiency.

The Trucknet system was engineered to navigate the complexities of diverse linguistic characteristics, requiring interfaces to be compact yet mirror-configurable for languages with right-to-left scripts like Hebrew and Arabic, and accommodating the conventional left-to-right scripts of languages like French and Russian with their paradoxically lengthy word structures.
Driver interface
The driver interface is a multifaceted tool designed for seamless navigation during contract execution, providing access to all relevant information and facilitating communication with the manager in case of any unforeseen circumstances. From navigating the road to managing tasks and staying connected, our driver interface ensures a comprehensive and efficient experience for every journey.
